    We’re m/f people. Everything we choose to own supports a feeling of calm. If we own it, we’ve picked it carefully. If it’s in our homes, it’s clean. It’s highly functional. It supports efficiency. And it’s of exceptional quality. 

    What we wear has earned a place in our lives. It’s been made with care from fabric of unparalleled softness. It only improves over time. Its cut is perennial. What we wear is sometimes shared. On each new body, it is new. We wear what makes us feel comfortable. We wear what makes us feel most like ourselves. 

    We’ve cleared out our homes. We’ve let a lot of things go. What’s left is what we love; what’s left is what we need. We’re m/f people. For us, the greatest luxury is feeling present. The greatest commodity is awareness. The greatest feeling is peace. For us, less is everything.

  2. How fast are orders processed?

    m/f offers free shipping via USPS Priority. All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. please note that orders containing skin care and apparel can take longer to process for packing. specific holidays could also cause shipping delays. if you are expecting unusual latency, please contact

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.  We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Shipping and Returns

  1. What are my shipping options and rates?

    United States

    Free Shipping is included on all u.s orders over $75 via USPS Priority. We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for orders under $75.

    we offer 2 expedited shipping options:  Fedex 2-Day for $15 and Fedex Overnight for $25. *all 2-day & Next-day shipments must be placed by 12 Noon PST for on time fulfillment.

    there is a flat rate shipping charge of $35 on all Canadian orders via USPS First Class. we ship to the following provinces: AB, BC, BC, ON, MB, NF, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK, YT

  2. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

    Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    at this time, we only ship domestically within the Unites States and Canada.

  4. What is your return and exchange policy?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.  All returned merchandise should not be worn or altered in anyway and should contain all original packaging materials.

    contact customer support via email [] to obtain a fed ex return shipping label. return shipping labels will be issued within 24 hours and must be printed within 5 business days of receipt. it is the customer's responsibility to schedule a pick up or drop off the return at their nearest fedex facility. 

    the customer is responsible for the flat-rate return shipping cost of $6.95 which will be deducted from the amount of the return. 

    returns will not be issued for stolen packages. if you think your package has been stolen, please contact to file a mail theft complaint. once, the claim has been filed, a replacement order will be sent to the customer. 

  5. How long does it take for returns to process?

    Please allow 10 business days to process your return once mailed and for your account to be credited. 

  6. What should I do if I received a wrong/damaged item?

    If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please email and a customer support representative will be happy to assist you.


  1. What are the care instructions for garments?

    Wash in cold water, tumble dry low. Linen garments can be machine washed, but hand washing is preferred. lay flat to dry. some shrinkage may occur, but our fabrics have excellent recovery and will find their original shape quickly.

  2. Will there be any shrinkage with care and use?

    There could be some minimal shrinkage after wash, but our fabrics are thoughtfully manufactured to bounce back. Please follow the wash instructions provided to minimize shrinkage or fabric damages.

  3. What kinds of fabric do you use?

    100% Peruvian Pima Cotton, modal, polyester, spandex, and 100% linen are the primary fibers we use in our apparel.


  1. Are the products safe to use during pregnancy?

    Yes, m/f products use naturally derived ingredients and are safe for sensitive skin.  Our products are deemed safe to use during pregnancy, but please consult your physician for questions related to skin sensitivities related to your pregnancy. 

  2. Can some ingredients increase sun sensitivity?

    All m/f products are safe for sensitive skin and do not increase sensitivity to the sun.  However, we strongly recommend applying sunscreen after your moisturizer and before any makeup.

  3. Do the product have an expiration date?

    m/f products will remain fresh and effective for 12 months.  Although it can still be used beyond this period, we recommend refreshing your products for better results. 

  4. What do I do if I have an adverse reaction to a product?

    Our products are formulated as naturally as possible and are safe for sensitive skin.  If you experience any adverse reactions, stop using the product immediately and consult your physician.  

    we offer returns & exchanges on skin & bath merchandise that has been used for 30 days or less should an adverse reaction occur.

  5. How should the products be stored?

    All m/f skincare products should be stored in room temperature spaces and avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. It is best to keep our eye cream in a dark drawer or medicine cabinet.

  6. Do your products have sulfate, parabens, or potentially harmful ingredients?

    All m/f products contain naturally derived ingredients. m/f is paraben free, cruelty-free, gluten free, non-gmo, and vegan.

    A few of our bath items such as the super scrub face, super scrub body, and shampoos do contain a naturally derived sulfate for foaming action and  luxurious lather.
